The NORTEXECEL project results of the Teaming European Program destinated to support the improvement of the scientific performance of the evaluated countries classified as behind schedule in the innovation and investigation as it is the case of Portugal. The project proposal is to create a world leader investigate center in the north region of Portugal to promote the development of investigation activities and innovation in the areas of technologies of health, advanced materials and TIC with the focus in medical devices, support technologies and well-being solutions.
